Seems to work in general (no obvious bugs or broken code found). Nevertheless, I couldn't figure out how to add tags to “incidents”, which BTW. makes no sense. You probably mean “incident entries”. An incident corresponds to a consultation (with a date), and is composed of several incident entries. So what incident entries in addition to prescriptions and files can receive a tag? And how are the tags assigned?
