Installer can not launch on Windows 7

Problem:
By double click on a zip-file Windows 7 (32/64 bit) open the zip-file in a 'zip-folder' that looks like a normal windows folder but it is a 'zip-folder'. If you run now the the setup.exe in the 'zip-folder the setup.exe have no access to the laucher.ini file and the other install files so GECAMed Windows Installer quit with a Error.

Solution:
The GECAMed Installer for Windows is compressed as Zip-file so first you must unzip the Windows Installer before you can install GECAMed on your system.
